The cell functions at three levels - Department level, headed by HoD, the College level, headed by the Principal; and University level, headed by the PVC. Students may feel free to represent their grievances, if any, to the department-level grievance redressal cell. If it is not settled at the department level, either the student or the department may take the matter to the college level cell. matters, for which a final settlement cannot be reached at the college level, may be taken to the University level for a final settlement.
