The Employees’ Grievance Redressal Cell
This cell, headed by the Principal is, to consider the grievances, if any, of the employees of the college. The staff members are free to represent their problems to the cell.

Foster a collegiate atmosphere that upholds the dignity of the institution, promoting harmony among all members.
Cultivate an environment where employees feel empowered to voice their concerns without apprehension of reprisal.
Implement effective mechanisms for the prompt and fair review and resolution of employee grievances, prioritizing timeliness and appropriateness.
