Description: Fast-growing, small or medium-sized solitary palm, with columnar or bottle shaped stem. Leaves pinnate, arching, densely plumose, bright green, leaflets radiating out at all angles. Flowers white, in axillary compound spadix. Fruit drupe, orange or red when ripe.

Uses: Commonly used for landscaping in gardens.
