Description: Medium-sized tree. Leaves imparipinnate, leaflets 5-9, ovate to ovate-elliptic. Flowers purplish-white, in axillary racemes. Fruit woody, obliquely oblong, 1-seeded pod. Seeds reniform, brown.
Uses: Planted as an avenue tree. Bark is medicinal. Oil is extracted from the seeds.
